Kartheek is an experienced healthcare consultant, having worked across various functions and segments in healthcare. His healthcare delivery experience includes finance, strategy, operations and technology. He is focused on developing the firm’s data management and enterprise integration practice.
Prior to joining Innovo Advisors, Kartheek advised senior management at Minneapolis-based Hennepin County Medical Center on operational efficiency and performance improvement opportunities. He also developed marketing strategies for Medtronic, served as a strategy consultant for Clifton Larson Allen LLP, and was in a finance role at Mayo Clinic
